01 Overview
Eleventor Design ("Eleventor," "we," "our," or "us") is a digital product studio and software engineering firm based in India that designs and publishes native Android mobile applications, privacy-first browser utilities, and software services.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information across every mobile application we publish on the Google Play Store, across our client-side browser developer tools, and across this website (eleventor-design.in).
Our software serves distinct purposes: party number callers, puzzle games, recipe organisers, faith-centred companions, and browser utilities do not handle data in identical ways. This document defines precisely which rules apply to each application in our catalogue.
We are dedicated to minimal-data engineering and complying strictly with applicable data protection laws, including the EU & UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), COPPA, and Google Play Store Developer Policies.
By installing, downloading, or using our mobile applications or web utilities, you agree to the practices outlined in this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please cease using our software and uninstall the applications from your devices.
02 How This Policy Applies to Each App & Tool
Every Eleventor application falls into one of the product categories outlined below. Find the app or utility you use to see exactly what remains on your local hardware and what leaves your device:

Google Play Data Safety Disclosures: Each application published on Google Play carries a dedicated Data Safety declaration reflecting its exact technical build. Where an individual store listing disclosure is narrower than this studio-wide policy, the store disclosure governs that specific package release.
03 Information We Collect
We adhere to strict data minimisation principles. We collect personal information only when it is strictly necessary to provide features, verify licenses, or resolve technical defects.
1. Information You Provide Voluntarily
- Direct Inquiries & Support: When you send an email to our support desk, we receive your email address, name, and the text of your inquiry to resolve the issue.
- User-Generated Content: Custom recipes in Cookzy, high scores in Arrow Out / Block Pop 3D, and called game logs in Tambola are created by you. This data is saved locally on your phone storage.
- No Mandatory Accounts: None of our core games or utility apps mandate account creation, phone number submission, or social logins.
2. Information Collected Automatically
- Device & Hardware Diagnostics: Device model, manufacturer, Android OS version, primary language, and display density, used to verify compatibility.
- Crash Reports & Stability Logs: Anonymized stack traces and crash breadcrumbs collected through Google Firebase Crashlytics to locate and patch crashes.
- Advertising Identifiers: In ad-supported free releases, Google AdMob processes your Android Advertising ID (AAID) to serve, throttle, and measure ads. You can reset or delete this ID at any time in Android settings.
- Approximate Regional Locale: Approximate region derived from timezone or device locale (e.g., to compute solar prayer times or local language formats). We never track, record, or store precise GPS coordinates.
3. Purchase Information
All financial transactions, subscriptions, and one-time in-app purchases are executed and secured exclusively by the Google Play Store. Eleventor never receives, processes, or stores your credit card, debit card, UPI credentials, or banking details. Google Play shares only cryptographic purchase tokens and entitlement status with our apps.
04 Android Permissions Requested
Permissions are requested on-demand only when a user interacts with a feature that strictly requires them. Denying or revoking a permission in your Android settings never terminates the rest of the application:
- Internet & Network State Access: Used to load Google AdMob advertisements in free tiers, verify Google Play purchase receipts, and connect to AI services when you ask a question in Muslim AI Pro.
- Audio & Text-to-Speech Output: Used by Tambola/Housie Number Call Pro and Morse Play to speak numbers aloud or play audio tones. We never record microphone audio in these apps.
- Storage & Media Access: Used exclusively when you choose to export recipe PDFs in Cookzy, save game state, or import local files.
- Notifications (Opt-In): Used solely to alert you to optional reminders you configure yourself (such as Azan prayer reminders).
05 Camera, Voice & Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features
This section applies to applications or features that utilise artificial intelligence, including conversational search in Muslim AI Pro and future assistive utilities:
- Encrypted Transport: When you submit a question or prompt, it is transmitted over high-grade encrypted HTTPS to our verified AI provider to synthesize an answer.
- Zero Model Training on Your Data: We do not use your personal prompts, questions, or recordings to train AI foundation models, and our contracts with AI backend providers prohibit them from doing so.
- No Advertising Association: Your AI queries are never correlated with your advertising ID, and are never repurposed for targeted ad profiling.
- Ephemerality: AI query inputs are retained in transit only as long as necessary to formulate and return the response, after which server-side transient buffers are cleared.
Informational Notice: AI responses are generated algorithmically for learning, discovery, and educational reference. While our Islamic corpus is grounded in verified scholarly citations, AI outputs should be confirmed with authoritative primary texts and qualified scholars.
06 Faith, Belief & Sensitive Information
Data concerning religious or philosophical belief constitutes sensitive personal data under Article 9 of the GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CPRA), and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
Our Sacred Data Commitment: In Muslim AI Pro, your Quran reading history, bookmarks, Zikr counts, personal prayer tracking, and local mosque adjustments remain strictly stored on your own physical device.
- We do not profile users based on their spiritual practices or beliefs.
- We never sell, rent, or trade religious activity signals to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing intermediaries.
- Because this data resides solely on your phone's sandboxed app storage, Eleventor holds no centralized cloud database from which your spiritual data could ever be subpoenaed, leaked, or breached.
07 How We Use Your Information
We process information exclusively for legitimate, bounded operational purposes:
- Feature Execution: Operating game loops, procedural puzzle generation (Arrow Out), 3D WebGL scenes (Block Pop 3D), number tracking (Tambola), and recipe management (Cookzy).
- Diagnostics & Stability: Analyzing aggregate crash trends to ensure stable 60fps performance across diverse Android hardware.
- Customer Support: Responding to user feedback, bug reports, and technical troubleshooting requests.
- Purchase Entitlements: Unlocking premium features and restoring previous Play Store purchases.
- Security & Fraud Prevention: Protecting our infrastructure, applications, and users from malicious exploits.
- Legal Compliance: Meeting legal, taxation, and statutory requirements under applicable Indian and international law.
We have never sold personal information, and we will never sell personal information.
08 Data Sharing & Third-Party Service Providers
We do not share your personal information with external entities except with trusted infrastructure and platform service providers operating under strict confidentiality and data protection agreements:
- Google Play Services: Core platform provider handling APK/AAB distribution, licensing, and payment processing (Google Privacy Policy).
- Google Firebase & Crashlytics: Automated, anonymous crash logging, stack traces, and non-identifying telemetry (Firebase Privacy Terms).
- Google AdMob: Advertising network partner delivering banners, interstitials, or rewarded ads in free, ad-supported application tiers.
- Cloudflare & Hosting Partners: Web security, SSL encryption, and DDOS mitigation for eleventor-design.in.
- Lawful Court Orders: We may disclose information only if compelled to do so by a valid, enforceable court order or government subpoena under applicable law.
09 Advertising & Monetisation
Certain free editions of our mobile games (e.g., Tambola, Morse Play, Arrow Out) display advertisements delivered through Google AdMob to fund ongoing maintenance, server bandwidth, and continuous engineering:
- Advertising Identifiers (AAID): AdMob may process your device advertising identifier and IP address to prevent ad fraud, limit repetitive ad frequency, and measure impression effectiveness.
- No In-App Content Sharing: Advertisers never receive your game states, your recipe notes, your faith entries, or your uploaded files.
- Opting Out of Personalised Ads on Android: You can manage or delete your advertising identifier at any time by navigating to:
Android Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Reset advertising ID"
- No Personalised Ads for Minors: We strictly disable personalised interest-based ads for any user identified as a child, and never display personalised advertising in children or family app classifications.
10 Children's Privacy & Child Safety (CSAE Policy)
Eleventor Design complies strictly with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), GDPR provisions regarding minors, Google Play's Families Policy, and Google Play's Child Safety Standards.
Our applications are intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect, harvest, or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 18 in India without parental consent). If we become aware that personal information of a child has been collected without verifiable parental consent, we take immediate steps to delete that data from our systems.
Zero Tolerance: Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE / CSAM) Policy
Eleventor Design explicitly and unconditionally prohibits Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) across every application, utility, and web service we operate. Our tolerance for CSAE is absolute zero, without exception.
No person may utilize our software, apps, or AI utilities to generate, store, distribute, upload, or transmit any sexualised depictions of minors, grooming interactions, or abusive content.
In the event that abusive material or attempts to solicit or harm a child are detected, we immediately terminate all associated access, preserve forensic evidence, and submit mandatory reports to law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (Cybercrime.gov.in) in India.

11 Data Retention & Data Security
Data Retention: Application settings, offline game state, and user content are maintained on your local device for as long as you keep the app installed. When you clear app storage in Android settings or uninstall the app, all local data is immediately and permanently erased. Technical crash logs collected by Firebase are retained according to Google's standard retention cycles (typically 90 to 180 days) and automatically purged.
Security Safeguards: All web communication between our applications and servers is secured using modern TLS/HTTPS encryption. Our client-side web utilities run sandboxed within your browser execution environment, preventing unauthorized external access. While we employ rigorous, industry-standard safeguards, please note that no digital storage or transmission protocol can be guaranteed 100% immune from malicious compromise.
12 Your Privacy Rights
Regardless of your geographic location, Eleventor respects your fundamental rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Access: You may request confirmation of whether we hold personal information regarding you, and receive a copy thereof.
- Right to Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate, obsolete, or incomplete personal data.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may ask us to delete your personal data, subject to statutory retention obligations.
- Right to Restrict or Object: You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request restriction of data processing.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Where data processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw consent at any time without retroactive penalty.
- Self-Service Device Data Control: Because our apps store game scores, recipe books, and religious tracking locally on your device, you possess total, immediate control: clearing app cache/storage or uninstalling the app permanently purges all local data.

13 India: Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
Eleventor Design is established and operates within India, acting as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) in respect of personal data processed by our applications and services:
- Lawful Grounds: We process digital personal data only on the basis of informed consent or legitimate uses explicitly authorized under the DPDP Act.
- Protection of Children's Data: In accordance with Section 9 of the DPDP Act, we do not engage in behavioral tracking, targeted advertising, or harmful processing directed at individuals under 18 years of age.
- Right to Nominate: You have the right to nominate an individual who may exercise your privacy rights in the event of death or incapacity.

14 California Privacy Disclosures (CCPA / CPRA)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents are entitled to specific disclosures:
- Categories Collected: Online identifiers (device ID, IP address in ad requests), commercial purchase confirmation status, and diagnostic metrics.
- Sensitive Personal Information: We do not collect or maintain sensitive personal information (such as precise geolocation, genetic data, or credentials) on our servers.
- No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information: In the preceding 12 months, Eleventor Design has not sold or shared personal information to third parties as defined under California law.
- Non-Discrimination: We never deny services, alter prices, or degrade application performance because you exercised your statutory CCPA/CPRA rights.
15 GDPR Disclosures (European Economic Area & UK)
For individuals located within the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Eleventor Design acts as the Data Controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Legal Bases for Processing: We process data under Article 6 of the GDPR on the grounds of Contractual Performance (delivering core app functionality and purchases), Legitimate Interests (diagnosing technical crashes, securing systems), and Consent (serving personalized advertisements where opted-in).
- Special Category Data (Article 9): Religious, spiritual, or faith-related tracking within Muslim AI Pro remains exclusively on the user's local phone. We are not recipients of Article 9 data and do not process special category data on external servers.
- International Data Transfers: Where data is routed through international cloud providers (such as Google infrastructure), transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and UK Addenda.
- Supervisory Authority Complaints: You maintain the right to lodge a complaint with your local EU Data Protection Authority or the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK.
17 Google Play Store & Platform Compliance
Every Android application published by Eleventor Design is built to conform with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement, Google Play Developer Program Policies, and Google Play Families Policies:
- Every app listing on Google Play features a verified Data Safety section declaring its exact runtime data practices.
- Applications containing ads clearly disclose ad network integrations and comply with Google AdMob Content & Behavioral Guidelines.
- Applications intended for all ages refrain from requesting non-essential permissions or serving deceptive promotional material.
18 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect technical revisions to our applications, modifications in statutory legislation, or newly introduced software services.
When modifications occur, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how Eleventor safeguards your data.
