01 Acceptance and Eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you and Eleventor Design ("Eleventor," "we," "our," or "us"), a software and digital product studio established in India. They govern your access to and use of all mobile applications we publish on Google Play (including Arrow Out, Block Pop 3D, Morse Play, Cookzy, Muslim AI Pro, and Tambola / Housie Number Call Pro), any app we publish in future, our suite of client-side web tools, and our studio website at eleventor-design.in.

Age & Eligibility Requirements

• General Age Limit: You must be at least 13 years old to use our applications and website independently.
• India (DPDP Act): If you are located in India and under 18 years old, you may use our apps and tools only with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
• European Economic Area (EEA) & UK: You must be at least 16 years old, or have verifiable parental or guardian consent where local national laws require.
• Store Ratings: Some applications carry specific store content ratings. Where a higher store rating applies, that age rating governs.
• Commercial / Organizational Use: If you use an app or browser utility on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

02 Your Licence to Use Our Apps & Tools

Eleventor Design grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and execute our applications on mobile hardware you own or control, and to run our browser tools for your personal or internal workflow purposes.

Restrictions on Your Licence

• No Resale or Distribution: You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or host our applications, game assets, or web tools as a managed service without express written permission.
• No Reverse Engineering: You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary algorithms of our compiled applications or client-side engines (such as our procedural level generation or 3D puzzle engines), except to the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law.
• No Derivative Exploitation: You may not extract our game graphics, UI designs, sound effects, or database assets to build competing puzzle games, utilities, or digital products.
• Notice Preservation: You may not remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, trademark, or ownership badge embedded in our software.

03 Accounts & Offline Architecture

Most Eleventor Design applications (including Arrow Out, Block Pop 3D, Tambola, and all tools on /tools) are engineered to function seamlessly without requiring any account registration or login.

• Optional Profiles: Where an optional cloud backup, sync, or profile is provided, you agree to submit accurate information and maintain the security of any credentials.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities occurring through your installed application or registered session unless caused directly by our technical failure.
• Account Deletion: You may delete any saved local data at any time by clearing your device application storage or uninstalling the app. For cloud-synced accounts, you may request complete deletion by emailing eleventor.design@gmail.com.

04 Purchases, In-App Items & Auto-Renewal

Certain Eleventor applications offer optional in-app upgrades, ad-free licenses, or premium content. All digital purchases are processed exclusively through the Google Play Store. Eleventor never collects, handles, or stores your payment cards, UPI PINs, or banking credentials.

Billing & Subscriptions

• Store Billing: In-app purchases and subscriptions are billed to your Google Play account at the price and interval confirmed prior to authorization.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled through Google Play at least 24 hours before the current period expires.
• Cancelling Subscriptions: You cancel subscriptions through your store account: Google Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting or uninstalling the application does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Google Play's Refund Policies. You may submit requests directly via Google Play or contact our support team for guidance.
• Restoring Purchases: Purchases are bound to your Google Play account and can be restored on new devices signed in with the same credentials.

05 App-Specific Terms and Disclaimers

Our software covers distinct use cases, and the following specific terms apply to each product family in our catalogue:

1. Games & Puzzle Apps (Arrow Out, Block Pop 3D, Tambola, Morse Play)

• Entertainment Only: Games are provided solely for personal entertainment and puzzle enjoyment. In-game coins, hints, or lives possess zero real-world cash value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.
• Responsible Gaming: Please take regular screen breaks and exercise healthy habits. Avoid playing puzzle games while operating motor vehicles or machinery.
• Tambola Caller Notice: The Tambola / Housie number caller generates random numbers algorithmically. It is intended for social and family gatherings. Eleventor Design does not operate gambling, lotteries, or real-money wagering.

2. Recipe & Food Apps (Cookzy)

• Allergy & Dietary Responsibility: Recipes, ingredient measurements, and cooking instructions are provided for informational and lifestyle purposes. You are solely responsible for inspecting ingredients for allergens, dietary restrictions, food sensitivities, and proper cooking temperatures.
• Kitchen Safety: Cooking involves knives, hot appliances, and fire hazards. Always exercise proper culinary safety. Eleventor Design is not responsible for adverse allergic reactions, foodborne illness, or kitchen accidents.

3. Faith & Spiritual Apps (Muslim AI Pro)

• Educational & Study Reference: Muslim AI Pro provides Quranic reading, Azan prayer calculations, Qibla compass tools, and verified citations for learning and study. We do not issue fatwas or binding religious decrees.
• Scholar Verification: While our Islamic corpus incorporates primary texts and scholarly citations, artificial intelligence answers should always be verified with qualified scholars and authoritative books of Islamic jurisprudence.
• Sensor Calibration: Qibla direction calculations rely on your device's magnetometer and hardware compass. Magnetic cases, electromagnetic interference, or uncalibrated sensors may affect compass precision.

06 Client-Side Web Tools Protection Guarantee

Eleventor Design hosts privacy-first developer and utility tools on eleventor-design.in/tools (including PDF Compressor, OCR, QR Generator, JSON Formatter, JWT Decoder, Image Converters, Hash Generators, and more):

• Zero-Upload Guarantee: All file conversions, text parsing, optical character recognition (OCR), and document processing occur 100% locally within your browser sandbox using client-side JavaScript and WebAssembly. Your files, keys, and tokens are never uploaded to our servers.
• Backup Responsibility: Because processing occurs locally in browser memory, you are responsible for maintaining original backups of files before compressing, formatting, or converting them.
• No Guarantee of Compatibility: While we optimize client-side WebAssembly routines for high fidelity, we make no guarantee that every PDF document, image file, or JSON schema will parse without syntax or format errors.

07 Content You Submit & AI Output

Your Content Stays Yours

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in all data, custom recipes, high scores, notes, and documents you create or import using our software.

• Limited Processing Licence: When you submit a prompt to an AI feature in Muslim AI Pro, you grant us only the limited, temporary licence to transmit that prompt over encrypted HTTPS to synthesize an answer. This licence ends immediately once the response is delivered.
• Zero Model Training: We do not use your personal prompts, files, or entries to train foundation AI models, and our service contracts strictly prohibit AI providers from using your queries for model training.
• AI Output Disclaimer: AI responses are generated algorithmically and are not manually pre-screened by human moderators. Output may occasionally contain inaccuracies or incomplete explanations. You must verify critical information before relying upon it.

08 Intellectual Property

All source code, software architecture, game engines, UI layouts, illustrations, branding, icons, audio compositions, web tool logic, and the Eleventor Design name and marks are owned exclusively by Eleventor Design or its licensors and are protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• These Terms grant you a limited licence to operate our software; they transfer no copyright, title, or ownership rights to you.
• Third-party open-source libraries, fonts, and frameworks used in our apps (such as Three.js, Capacitor, Vite, or Google Fonts) remain the property of their respective authors and are distributed under their respective open-source licenses.
• Copyright Infringement Notice: If you believe any material in our applications or website infringes your copyright, please email eleventor.design@gmail.com with details of the copyrighted work and its location for prompt investigation and remediation.

09 Prohibited Use

You expressly agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating Laws: Breaching any statutory Indian, local, state, national, or international regulation or cyberlaw.
• Exploiting or Circumventing: Attempting to probe, scan, exploit, bypass, or circumvent software security, license validation, in-app purchase verification, or ad network delivery.
• Malicious Code: Transmitting viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful code.
• Automated Scraping: Using scrapers, automated spiders, robots, or bulk data extraction scripts against our website endpoints or web tools without prior written authorization.
• Infrastructure Disruption: Overloading, flooding, or launching Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks against our servers, cloud networks, or web assets.
• Harassment & Deception: Using any application or tool to harass, impersonate, defame, defraud, or deceive any third party.

10 Child Safety & CSAE Prevention Standards

Eleventor Design adheres to the highest global standards for child protection and online safety. This section constitutes our published Child Safety Standard, compliant with Google Play's Child Safety Standards, COPPA, POCSO Act, 2012, and international child safeguarding laws.

11 Third-Party Services and Advertising

Our applications interface with trusted third-party infrastructure and service providers, including the Google Play Store, Google Firebase Crashlytics, and Google AdMob:

• Third-Party Terms: Your engagement with third-party platforms (such as app stores or ad networks) is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
• Advertising in Free Tiers: Free game tiers may present advertisements delivered through Google AdMob to fund ongoing development and server infrastructure. We do not endorse the products or services advertised, and any engagement with an advertiser is solely between you and that third party.
• Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to external sites (such as GitHub, Twitter, or Google Play). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of external web domains.

12 Availability, Changes, and Discontinuing Apps

We continuously refine our applications, optimize codebases, and introduce new software features. However, we do not warrant that our applications or web utilities will operate without temporary interruptions or maintenance downtime.

• Software Modifications: We may add, modify, patch, update, or discontinue features, levels, or browser tools at our discretion to enhance stability or security.
• Deprecations: Where a major application or service is deprecated, we will provide reasonable advance notice on our website or store listings where feasible.
• Device Compatibility: Performance depends on your Android OS version, device hardware specifications, and available memory. We recommend keeping your operating system updated.

13 Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eleventor Design applications, browser developer tools, and website services are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

• No Implied Warranties: We disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, and accuracy of data.
• No Error-Free Guarantee: We do not warrant that our software will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs, or that calculations, OCR scans, or AI answers will be 100% accurate in every operating circumstance.
• Consumer Rights Retained: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory warranty or consumer right that cannot be lawfully waived under India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or equivalent mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.

14 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, for intentional fraud, or for any statutory liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

• No Consequential Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eleventor Design and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
• Liability Cap: In all cases, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of our apps or web tools shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Eleventor for the specific app concerned in the preceding twelve (12) months, or INR 5,000 (whichever is greater).
• Local Data Storage: Because game progress, recipes, and tools execute locally on your physical device, you are responsible for device security and document backups. We are not liable for data loss resulting from hardware damage, device wipes, or app uninstallation.

15 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eleventor Design, its founder, engineers, and agents against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms of Service;
• Your unlawful use or misuse of our mobile applications, web tools, or API services;
• Your infringement or violation of any third-party intellectual property or privacy right;
• Any content or material you generate or transmit using our software that breaches applicable cyberlaws.

16 Google Play Store & Platform Terms

When you obtain Eleventor applications through the Google Play Store, the following platform terms apply:

• Agreement With Eleventor: These Terms are concluded solely between you and Eleventor Design. Google LLC is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the software content, technical maintenance, or warranty obligations of our apps.
• Platform Terms Govern Store Usage: Your use of the store platform itself is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
• Billing Inquiries: Payment processing, order cancellations, and refunds for Play Store transactions are administered through Google Play's payment infrastructure.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service, their interpretation, and any disputes arising out of or related to our applications, website, or tools shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles.

Informal Dispute Resolution

We believe in transparent, amicable resolutions. Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at eleventor.design@gmail.com with a concise description of your concern. We will work in good faith to resolve the matter within thirty (30) calendar days.

Arbitration & Jurisdiction

• Arbitration: Any unresolved dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. The language of arbitration shall be English.
• Exclusive Jurisdiction: Subject to arbitration, the courts having competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive authority over any judicial proceeding arising from these Terms.
• Consumer Forums: Nothing herein restricts your statutory right to bring a consumer grievance before a competent Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
